We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to try to make it right. Contact us with your order number right away at [email protected], we typically respond within a day.
You may cancel any order prior to shipment. Give a call at 509-928-3995 and let us know.
We accept no-questions asked returns for up to 30-days of the date of purchase.

Products must be in their original package, unopened, unused and in the same condition in which it was received. We have a 30-day eligibility timeframe.
We would gladly complete an exchange of Eligible Items up to the dollar value of the return (excluding shipping fees). We cannot refund shipping costs.
¤ Store Credit
We gladly offer store credits of Eligible Items. A store credit will be issued in the original dollar amount of the purchased item being returned and does not include shipping fees. We cannot refund shipping costs.
You may return most Eligible Items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price that shows on the order invoice. We cannot refund shipping costs.
If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you notify us within 5 days of your delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please take photo documentation to aid us in recouping the appropriate fees where applicable.

Discounts and Promotions
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at the time of purchase which is reflected on your order invoice.
Credit / Debit / PayPal Timeline
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the return shipping date, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return; the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it; and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Marlé Worm Growers will first attempt to refund to the original credit / debit / PayPal account that was used to make the purchase. You will be contacted if an issue should arise.
