Re-mineralize nutrient depleted soils with Azomite! This is a slow release powder (0-0-0.2) that is comprised of volcanic dust containing over 60 trace minerals. It can improve root system growth, crop yields, quality and flavors.

Suggested application rates:
Vegetable Gardens and Flower Beds
¤ New: apply 1 - 2 lbs per 10 sq ft, mixing thoroughly into the top 3" of the soil in spring or fall.
¤ Transplants: add 1 Tbsp per hole, mixing thoroughly into soil and water well.
Row Crops / Acreage
¤ Apply 75 - 150 lbs per acre initially followed by annual maintenance applications of 50 - 100 lbs per acre or according to specific crop needs and specific soil quality.
Tree, Shrubs and Vines
¤ New: prepare transplant hole by mixing 4 - 8 oz into back fill soil; use the amended soil to fill in around the new tree and water well.
¤ Existing: spread 1 lb per 2" of trunk diameter around the base outwards to the drip line, mixing into soil surface and water well.
¤ Grapes: apply 1/2 - 1 lb to the soil around each plant and thoroughly mix into soil.
Containers
¤ New: add 2 - 3 Tbsp per gallon of soil and mix thoroughly or add 0.5 - 1 lb per cubic yard.
¤ Established: lightly mix 1 Tbsp per gallon into the soil surface every other month during the growing season.
Lawns
¤ New lawns: apply 6 lbs per 1,000 sq ft and mix into top 3" of soil before seeding or sodding.
¤ Existing: apply 3 - 6 lbs per 1,000 sq ft and water well. Three to four applications per year are recommended and results may be enhanced if applied following aeration.
